Business Lab brings Christian men together to open Scripture, ask honest questions, and help one another grow as business owners and leaders.

Whether you’re exploring an idea, starting your first business, or finding your feet as an owner, you don’t have to work through every challenge alone.

We want this to be a place where you can share an unfinished idea, admit what you don’t know, and ask for help. Come ready to listen, encourage others, and let Scripture challenge the way you think.

Our commitments

We want to build a group where we can speak openly, learn from each other, and grow in faith. Here’s what we’ll practice together.

    Seek to understand. Ask thoughtful questions before jumping to solutions.

    Say what you mean with kindness. Share real challenges, admit mistakes, and ask for help.

  3. Welcome different perspectives.

    Listen to understand, even when you disagree. Challenge ideas respectfully and be willing to change your mind.

  4. Support and challenge each other.

    Celebrate progress, offer practical help, and care enough to ask the hard questions.

  5. Make room for everyone.

    Share the conversation. Listen without interrupting, and let people decide how much to share.

    Keep personal stories and sensitive business details private. Ask permission before sharing someone else’s experience.

    Let Scripture shape the conversation. Approach God and one another with humility and a willingness to learn.
